FAQ
Questions people ask before they email us.
Engagement, account ownership, timelines, fees, budgets, and time zones. Each solution page carries its own technical questions; these apply to every project.
Engagement
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Lead-generation businesses — services, B2B, local — and subscription or digital products, with the occasional app where the measurement partner is already in place. The common thread is a conversion that happens after the click, which is exactly where most tracking goes wrong and where we do our best work.
Can we hire you for measurement only, or for one channel?
Yes. Measurement-only engagements alongside another agency are common, as are single-channel retainers. We will say so if a dependency elsewhere would undermine the work — running campaigns on tracking we have not verified, for instance — and let you decide.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any audit if you prefer. We have a standard mutual NDA and will review yours. Our work page is anonymized for exactly this reason.
Accounts and ownership
Who owns the ad accounts, tag containers, and dashboards?
You do. Everything is created under your ownership and linked to our manager account with the minimum access needed. Revoke it in a minute if you ever need to; the history, the learning, and the data stay with you.
What if our accounts are currently owned by a previous agency?
We help you get them transferred or, if that fails, we rebuild under your ownership using the audit as the blueprint. We will not run campaigns in an account you cannot control.
Timelines
How quickly can you start?
Audits usually start within two weeks of agreement. Ongoing management starts when the measurement work is done — typically two to three weeks after the audit for a standard setup.
When should we expect results?
Measurement improvements show immediately in the reconciliation. Bidding improvements take four to eight weeks after the new conversion feed goes live, because the models have to relearn. Scaling comes after that, gated by payback. Anyone promising results in week one is reading the platform's report, not your bank account.
Fees and budgets
How do you charge?
A fixed fee for the audit, credited against the first month if you continue. Then a flat monthly fee tiered by scope and budget band — never a percentage of spend. Quoted in AED or USD after the audit, invoiced by APPSI SOLUTION (FZE), Sharjah.
Who pays the ad platforms?
You do, directly, through your own billing profiles with Google, Microsoft, and Meta. We never hold your media budget.
Is there a minimum budget?
Enough for automated bidding to learn — roughly 30 or more conversions a month per campaign. What that costs depends on your cost per conversion; the audit will tell you, and we will say so if the budget is too small for the approach to work.
Reporting
What does reporting look like?
A shared dashboard that is always current, with platform-reported, analytics-reported, and revenue-source numbers side by side. A written change note every week. A monthly economics review in your currency against your targets. No PDF decks.
Can our finance team audit what you did?
Yes. Every account change is logged with a reason, the platforms' own change histories are intact because we work in your accounts, and the reconciliation workbook is yours.
Working across time zones
Where are you, and when are you available?
Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, on Gulf Standard Time (UTC+4), Sunday to Thursday. European clients get a shared afternoon; North American clients a shared morning. Replies to new inquiries go out within one business day.
Do you work in languages other than English?
Campaigns in English and Arabic are standard. Other languages are handled with native-speaking writers we work with regularly, under the same account structure rules.
