This policy explains, in plain language, what personal data APPSI SOLUTION (FZE) collects when you visit this website or contact us, why we collect it, who sees it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to satisfy the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR.
1. Who we are
The controller of your personal data is APPSI SOLUTION (FZE), a Free Zone Establishment licensed by the Sharjah Airport International Free Zone Authority under License No. 19557, with its registered address at Saif Office R3-50/B, P.O. Box 124555, SAIF Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we" and "Appsi" mean that company.
2. What we collect
Information you give us. When you use the project-starter form or email us, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, and the description of your project, together with any files you attach.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — the IP address of the request, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string — for security and capacity planning. If you consent to analytics cookies (section 4), we also record how pages are used: which pages are viewed, in what order, for how long, and from which referring site.
What we do not collect. We do not collect payment details through this website, we do not use advertising identifiers here, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

4. Analytics and consent
We use a tag manager to load analytics only after you choose to allow it. Before you choose, analytics and advertising storage are set to "denied," so no analytics cookies are placed and no usage data is sent. If you allow analytics, we measure page usage in aggregate to improve the site; we do not build profiles of individual visitors and we do not use this data for advertising. 6. How long we keep it
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted after 12 months. Correspondence and documents for projects we take on are kept for the length of the engagement and for the period UAE accounting and limitation rules require afterward. Server logs are kept for 90 days. Analytics data is retained for [RETENTION PERIOD] in aggregate form.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPL, and under the GDPR if it applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain processing, ask for it in a portable format, and withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Write to the address in section 8; we respond within one month. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority, and in the UAE to the UAE Data Office once its complaints mechanism is operational.
